Phil Gibbons is a partner of the Indianapolis law firm Gibbons Jones, P.C.  Previously a management-side employment attorney, Phil now devotes his practice to representing individuals in matters relating to their employment, with an emphasis on employee wage and overtime issues.   Phil has substantial experience litigating both federal and state law employment claims, including wage and hour, overtime, wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, covenants not to compete and breach of contract.
