Ray's, LLC Overtime Lawsuit Update: Court Approves Notice and Consent Forms to be sent to Drivers and Slingers

On December 31, 2008, the Court issued its ruling on the Notice to Potential Party Plaintiffs and Consent to Become a Party Plaintiff in the Ray's, LLC overtime collective action lawsuit.  Pursuant to the Court's order, the law firm Gibbons Jones, P.C. is sending these documents to all current and former Drivers and Slingers who were employed by Ray's, LLC from October 29, 2005 to present.  Drivers and Slingers who wish to be included in this lawsuit must return the Consent to Become a Party Plaintiff to Gibbons Jones, P.C. with a postmark no later than March 10, 2009.
