The lawsuit was filed in the Allen County Superior Court on February 2, 2010. Plaintiffs are represented by Phil Gibbons, Andrew Jones, and Rebecca Brettin of the law firm Gibbons Jones, P.C. in Indianapolis, Indiana. The employment lawyers of Gibbons Jones, P.C. focus their law practice primarily on wage and hour claims, including unpaid wages and overtime.
