FLSA Overtime Case Against Utili-Comm South filed by Gibbons Jones, P.C. On Behalf Of Cable Installers
February 24, 2010The employment law firm of Gibbons Jones, P.C. has filed a collective action lawsuit on behalf of cable installation employees for failure to pay overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. The lawsuit was filed on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 on behalf of installers against Utili-Comm South, Inc., which is headquartered in Gainesville, Georgia. The case is entitled Dover et. al. v.
