DANCERS SHOWCLUB MINIMUM WAGE DISPUTE

Gibbons Jones, P.C. has been retained by former employees of Dancers Showclub who allege that Dancers Showclub improperly classified them as independent contractors, rather than employees.  We have interviewed several individuals employed as Entertainers who have made similar allegations.  Our investigation has revealed that Dancers Showclub may be violating federal wage laws by:

     -     Failing to pay Entertainers a minimum wage; and

     -     Requiring Entertainers to contribute a portion of their tips to employees who do not                 typically receive tips.

If are a current or former Entertainer at Dancers Showclub, you may be entitled to back-wages.

At this point in time, no court has made any determination concerning whether Dancers Showclub is liable for any back pay or damages.

If you have any questions about your legal rights or if you have information about these work activities, we would like to talk to you.  You may contact us for a confidential consultation.

If you worked as an Entertainer for Dancers Showclub and believe you are owed unpaid wages by Dancers Showclub and you would like to join the lawsuit, please contact us for more information.

DANCERS SHOWCLUB IS PROHIBITED FROM TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST YOU FOR PARTICIPATING IN THIS LAWSUIT.
